The Fort Collins Academy of Bartending is committed to cultivating and preserving a culture of inclusion and connectedness. The hospitality industry is truly unique because it is one of the few industries that genuinely wants you for, YOU. We know we are able to grow and learn better together with a diverse student body. The collective sum of the individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, innovation, self-expression, and talent that you invest in your work throughout class represents not only part of who you are, but what you bring to this community. Our programs are tailored to fit the needs of each class, while still creating an environment that is challenging and fun.
Like most bars, we have a no-tolerance policy. In our space, we will respect each other and protect each others right to learn.

Every cocktail is different. And so are we! The world is evolving, we see it everyday. Whether there are new cocktails or mocktails trending, or changes in the industry. We understand that we do not have all the answers and that diversity and inclusion is an ongoing effort. We are committed to continuously improving our DEI efforts.
